We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash and personal checks. If your visit is covered at our office by health or vision insurance, we will file your insurance claim for you.

Our doctors are medical providers for most area health plans. If we participate in your health plan, the cost of a visit may only be a co-pay of $25 to $35. In addition, we accept assignment of medical benefits from Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem, TriCare, Piedmont Community Health Plans, and Southern Health. If you're covered by more than one insurance plan, please bring a membership card for each.
